Nightvision (infrared) recording is enabled.

 

If you are livestreaming the camera, try turning on the light by pressing the on-screen icon.

 

If you are talking about recordings, then make sure the spotlight setting is on and that color NightVision is also on.  Note the recording might still start out infrared (B&W), and then switch to color when the spotlight comes on.
