Audio doesn't record audio in videos, have to reboot to work again.

I have a single camera, records audio and video fine. About every 2 days, it records motion videos, but there is no audio even though someone is talking, etc. I have to reboot the camera when this happens. It works fine again for a few days, then no audio. Any help?

How often has this happened? Do you have more than one camera behaving this way?

I have only 1 camera. It happens every 2-3 days where I have to reboot it. I have another location with 2 cameras I don't have to do this to, however, there is no where near the amount of motion detection on either of these 2 that are on the other single site camera.
