Apple Homekit reset token needed

I have the Arlo Ultra 2 Smart Hub VMB5000-100NAS (firmware 1.25.1.0_1769_1f1c874) and one Arlo Essential Indoor 2nd Gen (hardware 1.4, firmware 1.5.1_1138_0fff976). Everything is working in the Arlo Secure App on my iPhone. I added the Smart Hub into HomeKit, but I can not get Siri to show me the camera, or see anything in HomeKit.
I've seen others ask to get a "token reset", who also seem to have the same issues/problems that I believe I am having.
Help?

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Sorry to jump in on this thread but I have had 2 token resets and I still cannot get my Essential Camera Gen 2 or Hub into my Apple HomeKit. I am trying to do this without a Code. [NB If Codes are so important why do you not provide them with the product?]
I have 2 Ultra 2 cameras that show in HomeKit without any problem. The Essential Camera appears on my Base Station but won't appear in HomeKit.
I have had 2 Chats with agents and after each Im told to wait 30 minutes and start over again. Of course it doesn't work. I can't get to Add to a New Room or find the option to Continue to Add other devices to HomeKit.
I have spent hours on this so please can you help and most importantly this setup procedure needs a complete overhaul. If the Ultras can connect easily why not the other camera.

The Gen 2 cameras don't support homekit yet.
