3 x Pro 4 and Smarthub with added new Essential indoor 2nd Camera cannot record locally

Hello,
As using 3 x Pro 4 and Arlo Wireless Doorbell connect with Smarthub record locally for over 3 years without problem, but recently just buy a new Essential indoor 2nd Camera added successfully through Arlo app.
After connected to the Smarthub but it cannot record locally, I cancelled the trail cloud recording then.
Now the Arlo android app interface seem changed just only support essential cam, and I cannot find any tab or option that the recording for 3 x Pro 4 and Arlo Wireless Doorbell which previous app verison can browse those recording.
I double check all connected through Smart hub, from the app dynamic LOCAL which just only have Essential indoor 2nd Camera new recording which seem it cannot trigger recording for Arlo Wireless Doorbell and 3xPro 4 Camera.
Here is the firmware details, appreciate you could help.

Have you checked the camera rules in the mode(s) you are using?
Are you still getting recordings from the Pro 4s and doorbell?

I just now removed Essential indoor 2nd Camera, but seem the arlo android app still cannot trigger with the orginal 3x Pro 4 Cam and Arlo Wireless Doorbell recording on Smarthub.
I guess the app which not compatiable with both Pro 4 work with Essential indoor 2nd Camera recording through Smarthub, even I removed Essential indoor 2nd Camera and my Arlo profile have been upgraded to use for new Android version app.
Please support help, thank you

It is compatible with the Pro 4 cameras.
Have you tried
- going to the devices page
- pressing the tile for the base station
- selecting storage settings?

Hi Stephen,
Inside the storage settings which just only shown essential indoor recording, and no other Pro 4 and doorbell recording as today whole day I confirmed there have recordings for Pro 4 and doorbell before I added the new Essential Indoor camera.
After I removed the Essential Indoor cam, now Pro 4 can start recording but cannot view any previous recordings. Is there no any date with timeline I can browse for the previous recordings?
On the other hand, I still not yet added back that Essential Indoor cam which seem not work all for my configuration.

- What mode is the system in?
- Have you looked checked that there are rules for the Pro 4 cameras and doorbell?

Yes, I use the default mode as at home mode even I change to not at home mode also now working.
And the leave mode already set to action trigger for recording and alert.
Now some Pro 4 cam can work for recording but some is not.
And also under Local dynamic cannot shown recording history as well.
I guess the new app should be the root cause of the problem

There is something wrong with your set up. But you aren't answering my questions, so I cannot help you troubleshoot.

There is no "default mode", so I don't know what you mean by this. The three modes are "Arm Away", "Arm Home", and "Standby". You can see what mode you are in by looking at the dashboard screen. The active mode is in color. You change it by just pressing on the mode you want to activate.
I suggest disabling any automations you have set up, and then put the system into "Arm Away" mode. Then see if you get notifications from the Pro 4 cameras and the doorbells. If you do, then first check in the app
- device page
- press on base station tile
- select storage settings
If there are no recordings there, then eject the storage from the base using the app, and connect it to a PC. Check to see if the recordings were saved (or not). Then we will know if you have a recording problem, or a playback/retrieval problem.

No.
- You didn't tell me what mode the system was in - instead you said "default" which is meaningless.
- I also asked if you'd checked the cameras rules in the mode you are using, and you did not answer that either.
