						Hello!
I just installed an arlo indoor camera and its shield seems not to be properly working.
In test mode, I can open and close it. When I am connected to the mobile app, the shield is closed and I have to identify myself to open it.
But when I use modes (armed, disarmed, but also geofencing) I get a notification telling me that the shield is opened or closed, but nothing happens, the shield remains closed.
Everything is up to date, there must be something wrong and it seems to be software related. Any idea why the shield does not open automatically contrary to what the notification says?

If the camera is using the Armed mode, the shield should automatically open. Try rebooting the camera or power cycle it. You may need to remove and reconnect the camera.
