Why doesn't the spotlight activate when detecting motion at night?

I have tried all the settings but no luck.

Hi.. Can you please double check the Low Light Settings for your device to verify the Spotlght has been enabled? Refer to details in this KB article: https://kb.arlo.com/000062172/How-does-the-spotlight-on-my-Arlo-camera-work

 

The Camera has an ambient light sensor that determines when to automatically activate depending on the surrounding brightness levels. Is there any other light source nearby? If the issue persists, please reach out to our Support team who can help set your device.
