Night Vision not working on 2 of 4 Arlo Pro 4 cameras

We have 4 Arlo cameras and 2 of them do not appear to have night vision anymore. How do we fix them?

Night Vision mode will activate automatically on your cameras if the camera sense low-light conditions. If there is a nearby light source that is providing ambient light, this will prevent the camera from switching to night vision mode.

 

Try temporarily putting one of these cameras in a completely dark environment (such as a closed drawer or closet) and then live stream as a test to see if the night vision engages. If you're still experiencing an issue, I encourage you to reach out to Arlo support and open a ticket using the Arlo app under Settings > Support.
