Does base station improve connectivity?

My cameras only connect to live feed about half of the time despite the connection test saying it has a strong connection. Would a smart hub provide a more consistent connection?

It's possible that connecting your cameras to a compatible Base Station or SmartHub could improve connectivity. Some environments have WiFi interference issues or poor connectivity when connecting directly to the home network, which could result in the symptoms you describe. One way to test this is by bringing your camera close to your router to see if you still experience the same issues when the camera is near to the router. If this alleviates the problem, placing a Base Station or SmartHub near to where the camera is mounted and syncing the camera to the Base Station or SmartHub could improve performance.
