When granting access to my partner, receiving error confirmation message "Sorry. Access violation."

Hi,

I created an account and my arlo baby is working fine but when granting access to my partner, the following message appears when using the confirmation message (click or copy-paste):"Sorry. Access violatioj. email confirmation code is invalid or expired". We clicked on it as soon as received and tried with my parents in law as well with the same result...

Please help us

Hi Auruimo,

 

Could you provide a screenshot that shows the error? Try to delete the grant access and re-invite again to see if that works.

Hi,

tried many times on many phones. never succeeded to peer another phone after sending them the message.
please see latest screenshot attached.
Please note that I tried with people using their own data roaming, same wifi or even wifi abroad. I live in HK and share with my family in France... with the same result unfortunately. 😞

@Auruimo - did you try disabling two-factor authentication?
