We first used this product on June 11th and had been building a nice library of videos. We bought from amazon. My husband and I both use it from our phone, neither of us have a clue what happened but all videos are gone. This is our first baby. Please help. Been trying chat and it’s unavailable and phone line doesn’t open for another hour but seems like their support isn’t great anyway

Do you have a subscription for your camera? You don't say.
Arlo subscription plans and cloud recording
Without one, your recordings stay in the cloud for just seven days. With a subscription you have 30 days of cloud storage, but it is essential to download important recordings and keep them in a local archive.
I have seen reports that taking out a subscription will bring back recordings after the seven days and before the 30 day cut off.
