Unable to access the camera via the web client on iOS chrome. It keeps displaying "Please wait..."

The app isn't supported more on iOS devices with an iOS lower than 11 and here it's stated that those customers would be able to use the web client: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Announcements/Required-update-for-iOS-Arlo-mobile-app-versions-2-15-An...
