My temp, humidity, and air quality readings are not working and haven’t for months. Tried all calibration and resets and sensor shows 32 Fahrenheit always. This is now dangerous to have this as the only baby monitor because of the unreliability and lack of functionality.
I have prob spent 2 hours total on hold without talking to anyone. Support just flat out left the chat when it was my turn. People who have babies can’t spend hours on hold. So frustrating.
Also firmware update will not work manually and I get the notification that it is required each time I log in. Factory resets already tried and tried updating from multiple devices (PC/iPad/iPhone). Please help! Otherwise it is useless has to go in the garbage... my old ArloQ is even a better option at this point.
