My husband and I both have Android devices and have noticed in the last couple months the Arlo app is misbehaving. Almost everytime we use the app certain options aren't available or don't work.
For example: 1. The option to rotate the screen (the arrows) are not displayed - even when auto rotate is on. 2. Clicking on the library option does not load the library. 3. For the Arlo Baby, the button to play sounds is not clickable.
All of these issues are resolved temporarily by minimizing the app and opening it again.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
