Hello,

When my Arlo Baby detects motion, I have it set to "Record unitl Activity Stops up to 300 seconds". If my toddler is playing in his bedroom (moving non-stop) for 20 minutes, what is the expected recording bevaior behavior?

-- After 5 minutes, the recodring is all captured and shot into the cloud?

-- Then a new 5 minute session is recorded after the first?

-- Then repeat like that 2 more times (total of 20 minutes)?

or

-- After 5 minutes, the recording is uploaded into the cloud and nothing else is recorded until some given non-movement period?

If the first example, curious why the "up to 300 seconds" exists.  Shouldn't the option be simply record until movement stops?

Thanks,

Scott

The former. There's a reset time but that should be short, a few to several seconds.

BTW, the record until motion stops is across all Arlo cameras that support it.

Thanks for your input.  Will definitely try it out.  Just wanted to know what to expect beforehand.
