Using an Arlo baby,
I can stream video perfectly when I am connected to the house network (same network which the Arlo Baby camera is connected to).
But when I step outside the house or connect from anywhere outside my home network, the video will not stream.
I have a feeling this may be a port forwarding issue?
If so, which ports do we open/forward to the camera?
Any clues?

Hi @TomMac Did he solve the issue? I have the same issue. Working on my home network, not working via 4G connection or other wifi network.
