Not receiving Arlo Baby push notifications from my phone

I’m struggling with my Arlo baby. It was working great until the past week. It’s not pushing notifications that baby is making noise or crying at times even when I can clearly hear crying or plenty of noise. Then other times when no one is in the room or crib it picks up every noises from the living room!!! I’ve changed settings, I restarted it. I’m not sure what else to do.

What phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that helps?
