Not granting access

I’m trying to grant access to my partner so she can view our baby camera. She is receiving an email but there is no link, Just an option to set up an account and the device from scratch. Deleted and resent multiple times but get the same email with saying create account and set up device. Please help!

Hi stew3448,

Have her click on the link that says to set up an account and have her log in to her Arlo account and it should give her grant access. Try on the computer to be sure it works properly.
