We do control the Arlo baby monitor from several iOS devices. My wife has an iPhone 6s. From her iPhone it's impossible to control the sound and light. The buttons are there, but you can't click on it. When I use my iPhone XS or one of the iPads, then there are no problems. Is this an iPhone 6 problem, or is my wife the only one with this problem?
iOS: 12.1
Arlo app: 2.7.4
Arlo baby: ABC1000-100EUS

I did re-install the app and I also have rebooted the iPhone, no luck.

Hi @Cabrioakkie
Have you tried to update your wife's iPhone to IOS 12.1.4 & test again? there is a possibility the older firmware is not functioning properly with the app.

I did update the phone, but that didn't solve the problem. But I noticed that I had invited my wife as a second user, but I didn't gave her admin rights. Since I've added these rights, she was able to turn on light and sound.
So, "problem" solved. This was nog a bug, but just a setting. Thanks.
