Hi,

We bought a new monitor but we can't hear any sound with the exception of white noise on both mobiles, we can also only hear the sound of tapping of we tap the device itself.

We have changed the sensitivity of the listening this has not resolved the issue.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have just found if I shout into the monitor it can pick up the sound but on the app comes across very quiet.
