My camera is connected to WiFi and the internet and yet cannot be found on my app to set up the camera. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I can see the camera on the PC arlo profile. I have tried to delete the app on my phone and reinstall and still the camera does not show up on the app. Could there be a reason for this?

So the baby camera appears on the web portal with a pc and you can initiate a live stream?
