Music player not working properly

Arlo baby music player just plays each song for 2 seconds and moves on to the next one. This monitor has been a constant struggle to get to work properly between the obnoxious white noise when just viewing the monitor, disconnecting randomly, and now cant plzy music

A few questions for you. Is this on the web or the Arlo app? What version of the Arlo app are you using?

On the app. I do not use the web and have no plans on using it to use this monitor. I have the most up to date version of the app as well.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

Everything shy of a factory reset.

It looks like you are up to date on the latest firmware. I can not replicate it, so it may be a hardware issue. I would suggest contacting customer support & provide them with our thread as well. The camera has a 1 year warranty.

I had the exact same issue, and three factory resets didn't fix it.  But deleting the app and reinstalling it did.
