As of today, 9/22/24, the live feed is down. There's no update being requested for the app either. The app opens and shows the live view but then after 10 - 20 seconds it shuts off.

I can’t even get it to show for a few seconds. Must be a global server issue at arlo

I can’t get my baby Arlo to connect back to the app. I’ve turned off and on, even factory reset….still can’t get the camera to connect to app. Are you still having issues?

I am still down and can’t get it to reconnect after several reset, uninstall, etc. for both the app and the Arlo baby.

If you've removed the baby camera from the app, you will need to make sure a factory reset completes successfully before you will be able to add it back to the app.

If you're having trouble adding the camera back to your account after the factory reset, this could mean the reset did not complete successfully, be sure to follow the instructions closely in the reset article.

I waited for the camera to factory reset and still no luck in getting my baby Arlo to connect to the app.

If you're still experiencing an issue I recommend reaching out to the support team using the Arlo Secure app under Settings > Support. From there you can open a ticket to with a support agent to further investigate the issue.

I went to support as stated in the reply, since my baby can doesn’t show it won’t allow me to open a ticket.

Tried to add Arlo baby since yesterday but failed. Try again today and it's work now. Factory reset.... Normal procedures.
