Help, i am desperate my baby arlo device wont add and I need to see my baby

Someone please help. my baby arlos have been working fine. one became unplugged today and it would connect and baby was asleep in room and I had no idea the plug came loose so I removed the device. I have 2 devices one for the other baby and I removed both on my phone not knowing i could have plugged one in. So now when I try to re add the devices they stay solid blue and cannot find the device. Or I plug them in follow the prompts with the QR code and get the chime and every time it says can't connect not found. I can't sign up for the live person to talk to because it says I have no devices on my account because i just removed  them to re-add them but I can't re-add them and can't talk to anyone to figure out how to re-add them now because I can't sign up for subscription without devices added. someone please help.

Try factory resetting the devices and then attempt to re-onboard. Use these instructions: https://kb.arlo.com/1282685/How-do-I-reset-Arlo-Baby-to-factory-default-settings
