Receiving a failure response when I try to use the two factor authentication to accept an invitation to access Arlo baby camera

I received this error message when my wife invited me to access the baby arlo camera she set up. I then tried changing my password to log in to the app thinking that might solve the issue but also received similar message

No it’s the same error message when I try on the web too
