Disconnects and signs out of app

Several times the monitor will not be available or disconnect which will then sign us out of the app. We need the monitor to be on the entire night 😕

Have you made sure the camera is on the latest firmware version? What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?

I am having the same issue. I have to reopen the app several times during the night because the camera disconnected and the app closed itself. This is a major safety issue. Could you please help with that?

 

I have the Baby Arlo Camera.

What version of the Arlo App are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?

Hi, 

 
This is the version of the app: 2.7.9_25600
The firmware of the camera is 1.9.3.0_791
 
I tried to factory reset the camera multiple times. I am still having issue. The app can't connect to the camera randomly. 
 
This is extremely annoying and I am very unhappy with this product. I bought this camera for safety reasons for my baby and I cannot trust it.
