Working here. WHat phone, OS and app version? Have you updated everything? Have you tried WIFi and cell service? How about rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app?

Tried creating account on app. Create then continue. Password entered. 3 choice buttons: log in or new to Arlo or support. Only one that works is new. Takes you back to enter email. Vicious circle! Haven’t taken camera out of box yet !!!!!!

What phone, OS and app? Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app? Have you tried a web browser?
