Can't add device to a different phone

I have a working Arlo Baby. I'm able to see it via the website and another iPhone. For some reason, I can't on my wife's phone. I removed the device and attempted to readd it. It won't discover it. It won't work with the QR code. I've deleted the app from her phone and started from scratch. Any other ideas?

I've determined it isn't her phone but rather her account. I'm going to troubleshoot that angle now.

Have you granted access to her account and has she accepted the invitation?
