If i activate the always listening mode and lock my ipad i see a small video in top left corner in the widget on the lockscreen. Is there a way to make this video bigger so that i donˋt have to open the app? I have ios12 installed.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to make the video bigger on the lock screen. You will need to open up the app to view the video as well. You can always suggest the idea on our Arlo Idea Exchange board to see if the idea can be implemented.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
