Can I stop Auto Firmware updates during the night?

Recently, our Arlo has been doing firmware updates during the night. Over the last fortnight it has occurred 3 times, when this happens the lullaby stops (as the arlo reboots). One of the instances the night light turned off as well.

This is frustrating as it wakes our little (and us up) and not very reliable considering the products main purpose is to serve a monitor during the night... I'm sure it occurs to other who rely on the monitor during the day as well, at least I can pop my head in when it's day time.

Surely there is an option to choose when to install updates rather than automatic and I just can't find it??
