Hello,

We just got gifted the arlo baby monitor and are having the issue of not being able to set the motion and sound alerts because the mode for the arlo baby is getting stuck on "getting status" it appears this was a common issue in 2020 but was fixed with an update. Arlo app is well past this update. Please fix this issue again or please inform me how to fix it.

Yes. Also tried clearing cache and ununstalling and reinstalling it.

Try removing and factory resetting the camera, then set up again as if it were new. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Do you experience the same behavior when using the web client from a PC? Is the behavior the same on the mobile device when connected to both WiFi and mobile data?

Not sure how to view them on the web. Yes, still the same experience on data as wifi.

As per all the other posts on this, it seemed to be an error on arlo's end not mine. As arlo pushed out an update back in 2020 and 2021 when this happened.
