Baby Camera not connecting

I have the rabbit looking baby camera. It no longer connects. I have tried the factory reset. When I removed the device from my list and tried to add it back - last week it worked. This week it stopped again and I did the factory reset and reconnect using the QR code because the app never "found" the camera.
Does not work - It reads the QR code but makes a Boink boink boink sound like a wrong answer in a game show.
Is this broken now?
I have the Pro 2 cameras and base - will Pro 3 or other Arlo cameras work with the same base station I have?

Can you attempt a factory reset on the baby cam again via these steps: https://www.arlo.com/no_no/support/faq/1282685/How-do-I-reset-Arlo-Baby-to-factory-default-settings
Then try adding the camera on the web portal at my.arlo.com
