My son was running out his room and caught the cord of the Baby Arlo with his hand on the way out. It came tumbling down a good 6-7ft to the carpet. I was getting movement alerts but nothing saved to my library. Clicking on the camera in app resulted in forever loading. We tried powering it down, and resetting it but nothing has worked. Is it a goner we've had it 3 years and it's taken quite a beating over the 3 year years.

Also make sure upon reset you hold in the reset for about 10 secs till the led flashes...
Another thing is to make sure the battery is turned off ( under feet ) when fully powering down.

Yep, did all of that and nothing. I can't get it to connect to the wifi after resetting it. When I first checked on it before resetting it, it gave me a message about not being able to do room monitoring alerts due to it being unplugged it was plugged in it was also just sitting their infinitely loading I let it sit for 30 minutes before powering it down manually, I asked it to reset via the app but it didn't respond.
I turned it off let it set for a few minutes off then turned it back on and it did what I expected it too booted up to blue LED, I checked the app and it was showing the camera offline. I tried first to connect it to WIFI nothing. I pressed the reset button per the manual and tired to reconnect it, I even deleted the Camera from my Arlo app and nothing. When it comes to pairing it to the app nothing no chime nothing. At this point we're counting it as a loss.
