I recently switched from a Samsung S8+ to a Note 10. Since the switch, my Baby Arlo drops background sound randomly and will hardly ever let me see a live view of my son. If I do get a live view, it's only for a short while until it stops with a "loading" circle in the center.
I am connected to the WiFi that Baby Arlo is connected to, yet the little house icon is missing from the upper left corner.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changes.
How am I able to solve this so I am able to see my son at any time? I had no issues with my previous phone.

Hi @Gold86fiero
Have you tried to perform a factory reset with your Baby camera to see if that remedies the issue? I have provided the instructions here: How do I reset Arlo Baby to factory default settings?

Baby Arlo works perfectly on my husband's 2 cell phones, a Samsung S8+ and S9. So, no I didn't think to hard reset it..... but I certainly will once he wakes in the morning.
