Arlo baby won’t power on or charging, dead.

Hi guys my arlo baby which i used for a month now suddenly stopped working and turn on or charge. If anyone knows what i have to do or had a similar issue please help me resolve the problem.I already tried to hard reset but nothing happened.I already tried the charging cable and its working perfectly. I am stuck, please help.
