Arlo baby won’t connect

My Arlo Baby monitor won’t connect. We have tried numerous times for a number of days now. The app doesn’t recognise the monitor and the QR code makes the monitor chime… the nothing. Wifi and internet connections are fine. Extremely frustrating. Wish we didn’t purchase this product.
