Arlo baby white noise?

Hi,
I have bought a new arlo baby. I have the lateste IOS iphone update and the latest firmwire arlo.
I can hear sound, but only a white noise. No sounds when people or speaking for example.

Also tried with my Ipad, and my wifes Iphone (all update latstest updates). How do I get sound?

Arlo baby version: 2.6.1.

I would test it on a PC with a browser ... See if it works there.

If it does then it is prob an IOS issue with version 12x, you'll have to go thru Arlo support

Thanks. I did the test via the browser of windows pc and reset. And still no audi on my windows pc, ipad, iphones.

Latest firmwire, all devices up-to-date. Nothing is working, still the white noise.
The arlo support team is working on it.

But strange, am I the only one? (bought 26 October 2018).
