On June 13th, motion alerts just stopped working for us with no changes in configuration or anything else. I have since tried to reboot the baby monitor camera, reboot my wifi, double checked all the settings to ensure that motion alerts are enabled, etc.
I'm able to see the live stream of the camera using the android app, desktop website, and alexa integration, just motion alerts are not being detected and no clips are being saved.
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
