Arlo baby not live streaming after new app update

My Arlo baby monitor has been working great until just recently when the app did an update, now I’m not able to view the live streaming, can anyone help me please

Have you updated your system to the latest firmware? This was a known bug that according to the release notes was supposedly fixed yesterday.

The lack of live streaming lately usu is a Flash issue ( esp on a browser , you don't say how yr viewing )

Many browsers have toggled off flash in the new versions

I have the app on my iPhone and also my Samsung tablet.....

As brh mentions, have you tried to update your system to the latest firmware? Are you experiencing the issue when streaming on both WiFi and mobile data?

I wanted to let everyone know that if you purchased your Arlo from Amazon you can contact customer support and get a refund (even if your refund window has closed). I returned and purchased a Nest.
