Arlo baby not connecting

Hi, 2 days ago my arlo baby just disappeared from the app and now it won’t connect again. I have tried to log out/back in, and both battery and hard reset. The arlo light is solid blue but it just does not want to connect to a network.
It is a huge issue since we, and the nanny can’t have a look at the 1 year old baby. Please help

Did you add the camera back to your network after performing a factory reset? Solid blue indicates it is connected & online.

Hi,

 

i cant add it to the network because the app doesn't want to find Arlo. I use th QR code setup and every time it just wont connect.
