Arlo baby no audio detection recording

We have enjoyed using the Arlo baby but recently we have experienced challenges with the recording functionality. Audio triggered recordings no longer appear in the library despite no changes to the settings. I confirmed audio threshold is set to 5, the camera is set to record mode and there are no custom zones that could alter the functionality. When we do a hard reset the problem is fixed but only temporarily. After resetting for the 6th time, we are searching for help on a more permanent solution.

Anyone else had this and know how to fix?

same problem here.  was there a firmware update or some other way that arlo screwed this up?  this is a little bit of a critical function.

interestingly enough, it seems to have fixed itself this morning, after several days of not working.  no changes to settings and no forced re-start within the past 24 hours.  we're all good for now. thanks.
