Arlo baby missing features

I can no longer play audio though the Arlo baby and all sensor details have gone.

I wanted to provide a quick update, the team is aware of the reported changes to the Arlo Baby experience and is currently looking into it. I'll share more information as soon as I have it.

Same here. The last app update killed all the music player and light show  capabilities. Very frustrating as kids are now upset with us since they used to fall asleep with those!

Same here on an android phone.  I am able to see all options and enable/disable light/music via the web app.

Thank you for reaching out about your Arlo Baby camera. I am looking in to this, please keep in mind the Arlo Baby (ABC1000) transitioned to End of Life (EOL) on January 1, 2025, which means it no longer receives firmware or software updates. While core functions like live streaming and motion notifications continue to work, some features may have limited or reduced functionality as the app evolves.

I ran into this issue as well on my Android phone and was able to get the features back by following these steps:

1. Close the app from the recent apps

2. Clear cache from the app

3. Force Stop the app

4. Open the app back up and those features are now there.
