I recently tried to set up my Arlo baby on a new wifi network. I had issues so I deleted the camera and tried to re-add. I have not been able to set it up as a new device ever since. Has anyone had this issue? If tried unplugging and plugging back in, cycling the batter, letting it completely die and then charging again. So far nothing.
Further, Arlo has moved to their new ‘support’ system which is really no support if you can’t solve with a basic resolution that has been posted. Additionally, they want me to sign up for a subscription in order to speak to a person rather then a bot that has a poorly written algorithm. Any suggestions from the community are appreciated since Arlo seems to only want to support their products for a fee.

Are you receiving any error messaging? Have you tried to turn off the battery switch on the bottom of the camera & perform a factory reset? You can find instructions here: How do I reset Arlo Baby to factory default settings?
