Arlo baby- impossible to change desired audio detection

Bought a new Arlo baby but the audio detection level is set to 0 and impossible to swipe. Useless without this feature. Please advise!

Are you still experiencing this issue? What Device/Model/OS/Arlo App version are you using? 

 

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

Hi Shayne,

Have tried to uninstall but that didn't work. The audio detection is on level 0 and not possible to swipe right.

I use the iphone app, latest version on Iphone X. Attatching device info as well.

Would be great if you can help solve this.

Are you the main user, or did you get an invite from the main user. Maybe it's because of a rights-problem?
