I just bought an Arlo baby monitor off of amazon. It has worked for the first day/night and every day and night after then, it has been acting up. The camera has not been connecting the way it should be or it is giving a black screen on our device and will not let us see our baby. Just recently, I have been having issues with the Arlo baby connecting to the network and will not allow me to view video stream at all. I have tried removing the device and going through the "add device" process again and get the exact same issues. I have also tried just restarting the Arlo baby monitor and have not got any satisfying results.

Exchange it for another if it seems to be hardware issues
