Arlo baby cannot find device. Husband can connect with device but mine cannot?

We just bought the Arlo baby. My husband can connect with the device but my smartphone can't find the Arlo camera. I don't know what we do wrong.

First, you need to be using a different account/email address, because you can only have one person using an account at a time.

 

Second, the second account (likely yours) needs to be granted "friend" access from the main account. https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account

Maybe slightly more clarity - once a camera/system is set up a second person can't also set it up - it's already been done. That's the reason for the person who initially did the setup to use Settings, Grant Access to your email address.
