Arlo baby cable loose not turning on

Hi all,

I have 2 Arlo baby monitors, the charging connection point at the back of one of the monitors has become so loose that the monitor will no longer charge or turn on. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

First check your warranty which is a year... contact Arlo support

If not still under warranty, it sound like the USB port is broken/loose... not much as to repair as there is no repair service for arlo cameras other than self done.
