Arlo baby and echo spot

I have an Arlo baby camera and have recently purchased an echo spot to use with it as a monitor. I can see the video and hear audio via the spot, but there does not seem to be any way to use other functions- such as playing lullabys and accessing temp stats like there is in the Arlo app. Is this something that is possible/coming with the arlo skill for Alexa?
