Arlo baby Amber led

My Arlo Baby camera went solid amber and won’t work after following every kind of reset and troubleshooting a thousand times. Arlo chat told me I’m not entitled to live customer service so I’m left with a defective product and no resolution. I will be leaving terrible reviews on every single site I can find because this is bad business with a bad product, taking advantage of people.
