Hello,
We purchase our Arlo baby second hand. At first it was working perfectly and matching our needs.
For the 2 past days, the camera stop 30 seconds after turning it on on battery or plugged to the power.
What solution do we have to fix the issue? Thanks

First, make sure the battery is turned on ( under feet ) and the ac adapter is in good working order... ( test with another device like phone, etc )
Second, I would try a full reset on the Baby... Remove baby cam ( remove device ), then hold in the reset for 10 sec till the led flashes.
You will have to reclaim/setup the baby cam as if new.
Morse is faster than texting!
