We have has this camera for a year. It was set up through my husbands account and then he sent me a grant access. It recently stopped connecting to my phone and my Alexa Show. I restarted the camera by factory reset. We got it to connect back to his phone but now it will not connect to mine even though he still has grant access set up with my information. I'm going to lose my mind if 5
this doesn't get fixed.

Hey sfolk169,
What phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and/or rebooting your phone device? What error do you receive when trying to connect to your phone?
